CBD Box Makers is a loyal printing and packaging company that has never compromised on the quality. If you feel any inconvenience by us, you can send the details about your orders and we will try to get back to you.
We have a quality assurance department that is concerned with the customer's satisfaction. They will cross-check your order details to see if anything went wrong. We surely will fix the issue in no time. However, mentioned below are a few exceptions in regard to submitting files and shipment that we can’t be held guilty for.
Prices are visible on every product in USD. If you confirm the buying by clicking an assistance from us, you agree to all the prices that may include shipping, tax, and other charges. Processing fees would be cut off from your credit card and the amount will be refurbished on the website to save you from inconvenience.
Once an order has been delivered it will go to the processing department and you have to pay the taxes, processing fee, and any other charges. No changes can be done to the design files or production time unless discussed. Your order won’t be refined unless we get the full amount.
The following are the accepted payment ways to avail our services:
CBD Box Makers will try its best to imprint color as best as possible with the submitted files, however, the actual intensity can’t be matched due to the ink specifications and printing constraints. We however, give about 90% of the color matching assurance and if it’s below that standard, we will get your item reprinted free of cost. However, print work without a hardcopy evidence won’t be reprinted. For one day delivery, visit our helpline to avail a detail on hardcopy proof and other details.
The customer is completely responsible for the accuracy of the design files; you are therefore requested to proofread everything before submitting it. Check your Post Office instructions to get yourself familiarized with the latest mailing regulations for your artworks. We take compulsory steps to safeguard your artwork files, however, we are not answerable for any loss or damage of them, also you give your approval to the use of images.
You are giving your consent that your artwork files won’t carry any material that would involve any criminal, civil, publicity, privacy, and intellectual copyrights problems. We won’t print any materials that promote sexuality or violence.
Turnaround time starts from the moment you place your order and upload the files and we have received the confirmation. For next day printing, we require a hardcopy confirmation by you as already mentioned. If any issue is there with the file, the turnaround time will be redefined again unless we receive the accurate artwork.
We are not available on Saturdays/Sundays as these days are considered off days plus on Government holidays. These days will not be included from the production time. Shipping methods can also affect the turnaround time.
We are not answerable to the pending caused by the shipment companies. Moreover, the delays that may occur due to weather uncertainty and damages caused by it are not our concerns. Flaws in files may result due to lags that we have already mentioned we can’t be held responsible for.
Printing turnaround time should be combined with the shipping transit time for calculating the exact duration needed for the arrival of your products.
Your mailing information is our property and would only be used as needed and guided by you. We do not aim to sell your mailing data to some other party.
CBD Box Makers will fix printing and mailing hurdles as long as these are related to the printing quality. If you want to amend the address please inform us beforehand. Products setting in one box would be delivered free; all extra items would be charged with handling fees.
Refunds are not formed once we have initiated working on your order, so once the order has been placed and processed, we won’t give you a refund.
Your product photograph and content won’t be utilized for any marketing campaign without your prior approval.
These Terms and Conditions, along with the custom gift boxes constitute the complete agreement (collectively, the “Agreement”) between you and each party relating to the subject matter hereof, and evicts any prior understandings or agreements regarding the subject matter, and may not be alternated or modified except in writing or by making such modifications available on this site.
If any terms of this agreement are found to be ineffective, illegal, or inapplicable, the validity, legality, and implementation of the remaining situations will not in any way be affected or restricted.
